摘要
目前,我国矿山开采量日益增多,机械设备的使用也日益增多。随着机械制造水平的持续提高,越来越多的数字技术被引进到了机械制造领域,推动了机械制造的数字化,让人们可以脱离复杂的机械制造过程,把更多的注意力集中在机械制造工艺技术的升级和迭代上。如何加强机械制造业和高科技的结合,是当前我国机械制造业发展中亟待解决的一个课题。对机电一体化系统的技术构成进行了分析。对机械自动化在实际应用中出现的问题和在矿山机械生产中的应用作了一些探讨。
At present,the mining volume in China is increasing,and the use of machinery and equipment is also increasing.With the continuous improvement of machinery manufacturing level,more and more digital technologies have been introduced into the field of machinery manufacturing,promoting the digitalization of machinery manufacturing activities,so that people can break away from the complex machinery manufacturing process and pay more attention on the upgrading and iteration of machinery manufacturing technology.How to strengthen the combination of machinery manufacturing industry and high technology is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of China's machinery manufacturing industry.Analyzes the technical composition of mechatronics system;finally,discusses the problems in practical application and the application in mining machinery production.
