摘要 文章设计了一种基于可编程序控制器的自动化立体仓储系统,该系统由穿梭车系统和提升装置系统组成,旨在实现仓库货架质心最低、相同货物先入先出、出入库效率最高的目标。为达成这一目标,建立了多目标货位分配优化数学模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解,对自动化立体仓储系统进行了多目标优化。优化后,货架的安全性和稳定性得到了提高,同类货物被分配在一起靠近出口处,这样可以提高进出货效率,从而提高生产效率。 The article designs an automated three-dimensional storage system based on programmable controllers,which consists of a shuttle car system and a lifting device system.The system aims to achieve the goals of the lowest center of mass of warehouse shelves,the same goods being first in,first out,and the highest efficiency of inbound and outbound storage.In order to achieve this goal,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model for cargo allocation was established,and genetic algorithm was used to solve it.The multi-objective optimization of the automated three-dimensional warehousing system was carried out.After optimization,the safety and stability of the shelves have been improved,and similar goods are distributed together near the exit,which can improve the efficiency of incoming and outgoing goods,thereby improving production efficiency.
