扭力梁机器人自动化焊接线技术研究

摘要 扭力梁是汽车盘上的一个重要部件,两侧安装了轮毂和制动盘等零件。随着汽车制造业的发展,整机厂越来越重视汽车零部件的生产规模化、自动化、标准化。扭力梁因结构特征所致,焊缝种类多、呈不规则、焊接形变大、装夹定位难度高,文章提出了一种扭力梁机器人自动化焊接生产方案,采用机器人焊接配套定位夹具实现了扭力梁的自动化焊接,生产线具有运行稳定、焊接质量高、经济成本低等特点,形成了集成化、模块化、标准化生产。 The torsion beam is an important component on a car disc,and parts such as wheels and brake discs are installed on both sides of the torsion beam.With the development of the automotive manufacturing industry,complete machine factories are increasingly emphasizing the production scale,automation,and standardization of automotive components.Due to the structural characteristics of the torsion beam,there are many types of welding seams that are irregular,with large welding deformation and high difficulty in clamping and positioning.The article provides an automated welding production plan for the torsion beam robot,which uses robot welding and positioning fixtures to achieve automatic welding of the torsion beam.The production line has the characteristics of stable operation,high welding quality,and low economic cost,forming an integrated,modular,and standardized production capacity.
