Research and Application of Automatic Operation of Loaders in Dry Bulk Cargo Terminals

为提高干散货码头装船线作业效率,降低生产成本,提高泊位利用率,对装船机自动化控制进行研究,开发了装船机自动化作业系统,该系统将装船机自动控制与码头管控系统融合,实现了装船过程的全自动化,进一步提高了干散货码头自动化水平。

In order to improve the efficiency of loading line operations at dry bulk cargo terminals,reduce production costs,and improve berth utilization,research was conducted on the automation control of loading machines.A loading machine automation operation system was developed,which integrates the automatic control of loading machines with the terminal control system,achieving full automation of the loading process and further improving the automation level of dry bulk cargo terminals.
