摘要
化工自动化行业中流量计的应用非常普遍,涉及物料计量、过程控制、控制调节等,常需要测量气体、液体、浆液等介质。电磁式与质量流量计即使作为重要的仪表设备类型,也不能够适应整个工况。选用流量计时通常要对流体介质工况进行详尽了解与分析,每种流量计都有自己的特点及测量安装要求,因此须对各种测量方法和原理特性作全面了解的前提下,选择出最适合、最稳定可靠的结构形式。基于此,文章对流量计选型与实际应用进行论述,以供参考。
The application of flow meters in process control is very common in the chemical automation industry,involving:material measurement,process control,control regulation,etc;It is often necessary to measure:gas,liquid,slurry,and other media;Even as an important type of instrument and equipment,electromagnetic and mass flow meters cannot adapt to the entire working condition.Selecting a flow meter often requires a detailed understanding and analysis of the working conditions of the fluid medium.Each flowmeter has its own characteristics and measurement installation requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to select the most suitable,stable,and reliable structural form based on a comprehensive understanding of various measurement methods and principle characteristics.Based on this,this article discusses the flow base selection and practical application for reference.
