摘要
比较分析多种锂离子电池正极材料,钴酸锂(LiCoO2)具备优异的循环性能、大比容量及高工作电压等诸多特点,在便携式电铲产品制造领域得到了广泛应用。电子产品轻量化、微量化的发展,对LiCoO2体系锂离子电池的能量密度、循环性能提出了更高要求,怎样增加能量密度值是当前急需处理的一个现实难题。该文选择高电压LiCoO2材料作为研究对象,归纳了LiCoO2主要结构构成、制备办法,解读高电压工况下造成这种材料性能减退的主要原因,预测了LiCoO2正性材料的改性方向与方法,以供同行借鉴学习。
This paper compares and analyzes a variety of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries.Lithium cobalt oxide(LiCoO_(2))has many characteristics such as excellent cycle performance,large specific capacity and high working voltage,and it has been widely used in the field of portable shovel product manufacturing.In the development process of lightweight and miniaturization of electronic products,higher requirements are put forward for the energy density and cycle performance of lithium-ion batteries of the LiCoO_(2) system,and how to increase the energy density value is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.This paper selects high-voltage LiCoO_(2) material as research objects,summarizes the main structural composition and preparation methods of LiCoO_(2),explains the main reasons for the degradation of the performance of this material under high-voltage working conditions,and predicts the modification direction and methods of LiCoO_(2) positive materials for reference and learning of peers.
