摘要
为了缓解城市交通拥挤现象,高架桥建设过程中应满足桥面宽度,还应尽量控制桥对道路通行影响。因此,采用大悬臂预应力盖梁,针对城市道路岔口不同,高架桥跨度、高度、类型、材料等也应有所区别。该文针对预应力混凝土大悬臂盖梁施工技术、施工流程、施工方法进行分析,包括支架结构及搭设、登高设施安装、支架预压、底模安装、盖梁钢筋安装、盖梁侧模安装、砼浇注、养生及拆除侧模、预应力施工、预埋件施工、支座垫石施工、拆除底模及支撑体系等,并对施工过程中的注意事项及施工要点展开分析。相关内容分析为同类型大悬臂盖梁施工提供参考。
In order to alleviate urban traffic congestion,the width of the bridge deck should be met during the construction of the viaduct,and the impact of the bridge on road traffic should be controlled as much as possible.Therefore,when using the large cantilever prestressed capping beam,the span,height,type and materials of the viaduct should also be different for different urban road crossings.This paper analyzes the construction technology of the prestressed concrete large cantilever bent cap,analyzes the construction process and method,including support structure and its erection,the installation of climbing facilities,support preloading,bottom formwork installation,bent cap steel reinforcement installation,bent cap side formwork installation,concrete pouring,maintenance and removal of side formwork,prestressed construction,embedded part construction,bearing pad stone construction,the removal of bottom formwork and support systems,etc.,and analyzes the precautions and key points in the construction process.The analysis of relevant contents provides reference for the construction of the same type of large cantilever cap beams.
