一种屋面防水施工工艺在水电站主厂房中的应用

摘要 针对天二电站主厂房屋面跨度大、机组开停机导致主厂房屋面振动大的特点,为提高屋面防水效果,天二公司采用“涂刷基层处理剂+2层3 mm SBS改性沥青防水卷材+保温层+细实混凝土保护层”的施工工艺,对伸缩缝、结构缝处理,阴阳角、地漏等部位采用防水附加增加方式处理,同时对各个施工工艺进行严格的管控。该工艺在天二电站主厂房屋面防水处理中进行了应用,效果较好,在水电站主厂房或者大跨度强振动的环境下防水具有较强的实用推广价值。 In view of the characteristics of the large span of the roof of the main plant of Tianshengqiao II Hydropower Station and the large vibration of the roof of the main plant caused by the startup and shutdown of the unit,in order to improve the waterproof effect of the roof,Tianshengqiao Secondary Hydropower Co.,Ltd.adopts the construction process of brushing primer+2 layers of 3mm SBS modified asphalt waterproof membrane+thermal insulation layer+fine concrete protective layer,applies additional waterproof methods for expansion joints,structural joints,internal and external corners,floor drains and other parts,and strictly controls each construction process.The process has been applied in the waterproof treatment of the roof of the main plant of Tianshengqiao II Hydropower Station and has relatively good effect,which has a strong practical promotion value for waterproof in the main plant of the hydropower station or in the environment of large span and strong vibration.
