摘要
为更好地呈现“轨道车辆动力学”的工程实际应用知识,激发学生的科学探索热情,提高实践教学质量,该文提出了一套基于转向架数字孪生体的轨道车辆动力学实践教学系统。该系统包括物理实体(转向架及在线监测系统)、虚拟模型、孪生数据、动态数据交互及教学服务。采用了孪生数据的教学项目能更好地展示车辆动力学性能动态变化,能在教学中培养学生解决实际工程的能力。
In order to better present the practical engineering application knowledge of"Rail Vehicle Dynamics",stimulate students'enthusiasm for scientific exploration and improve the quality of practical teaching,a set of practical teaching system of Rail Vehicle Dynamics based on bogie digital twin is put forward.The system includes physical entities(the bogie and on-line monitoring system),virtual models,twin data,dynamic data interaction and teaching services.The teaching project using twin data can better display the dynamic changes of vehicle dynamics and cultivate students'ability to solve practical projects in teaching.
