Utilization Efficiency and Driving Factors of Urban Construction Land in Shaanxi Province under Environmental Constraints

研究环境约束下的城市建设用地利用效率地区差异及驱动因素对于实现区域绿色可持续发展具有重要的意义。该文采用超效率SBM模型、核密度估计法、灰色关联度模型系统研究了2000—2020年陕西城市建设用地利用效率的时空演化特征和驱动机理。结果表明:(1)2000—2020年陕西城市建设用地利用效率均值介于1.063~1.255之间,累计上升6.3%,呈现出波动上升的趋势,地区差异显著;(2)2000—2020年陕西城市建设用地利用效率呈现出高值集聚的现象,效率差异先缩小再扩大;(3)陕西城市建设用地利用效率受到经济发展水平、城市环境治理水平、产业结构状况、经济外向度、科技教育投入以及人口密度的共同驱动,且各驱动因素在不同时期作用程度存在较大差异。

It is of great significance to study the regional differences and driving factors of urban construction land use efficiency under environmental constraints to achieve regional green sustainable development.The spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and driving mechanism of urban construction land use efficiency in Shaanxi Province from 2000 to 2020 are systematically studied by using the super-efficiency SBM model,kernel density estimation method and grey correlation degree model system.The results show the following.(1)From 2000 to 2020,the average value of urban construction land use efficiency in Shaanxi was 1.063~1.255,with a cumulative increase of 6.3%,showing a fluctuating upward trend,and regional differences were significant.(2)From 2000 to 2020,urban construction land use efficiency in Shaanxi showed the phenomenon of high-value agglomeration,and the efficiency difference first narrowed and then expanded.(3)Urban construction land use efficiency in Shaanxi Province was jointly driven by the level of economic development, the level of urban environmental governance, the state of industrial structure, economic extroversion, the investment in science and technology and education, and population density, and there were differences in the role degree of each driving factor in different periods.
