区域臭氧污染过程成因分析及对策研究——以广东A县为例

摘要 2022年4月A县臭氧连续5天出现轻度污染,自该县对臭氧进行监测以来,未曾出现此类极端情况。在此背景下,极有必要对该县近期臭氧超标的原因进行探讨,并提出相应的对策。本文通过对A县气象条件、颗粒物、氮氧化物和臭氧,以及周边区域臭氧变化进行分析,得出该县污染过程本质上是一次以外来传输为主、本地生成为次的臭氧污染过程。针对类似污染过程,建议在白天重点加强对VOCs的管控,在夜晚需要加强对NOx和VOCs的管控,以减少因夜间臭氧前体物的累积所导致的白天臭氧浓度升高。 In April 2022,County A experienced mild ozone pollution for five consecutive days,which was an extreme situation that had not occurred in the county's ozone monitoring history.In this context,it is necessary to explore the reasons for the recent ozone exceedance in the county and propose corresponding countermeasures.Based on the analysis of meteorological conditions,particulate matter,nitrogen oxides and ozone in A county,as well as the changes of ozone in surrounding areas,it is concluded that the pollution process in the county is primarily characterized by ozone transport from external sources,with local generation playing a secondary role.For similar pollution processes,it is recommended to strengthen the control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)during the daytime and enhance the control of nitrogen oxides(NOx)and VOCs during the nighttime to reduce the daytime ozone concentration caused by the accumulation of nighttime ozone precursors.
