近些年以来,伴随着生态文明建设的深入推进,在各个行业的经济发展过程中,经济效益与生态效益齐头并进成了一种关键性发展目标,因此排污许可工作的实施也受到了更多关注与重视。本文结合梅县区在排污许可推进过程中的实际情况,着重分析当地排污许可实施过程存在的问题及有效应对对策,提出了持续推进排污许可提质增效、丰富排污许可应用场景、加强人才队伍建设等观点,希望能够借此为当地排污许可工作的实施提供有力的参考依据。

In recent years,with the deepening of ecological civilization construction,the simultaneous pursuit of economic and ecological benefits has become a key development goal in various industries'economic development processes.Therefore,the implementation of pollutant discharge permits has received more attention.Based on the actual situation of Meixian District in the process of pollutant discharge permit promotion,this paper focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the implementation of local pollutant discharge permits and effective countermeasures,and puts forward the viewpoints of continuously promoting the quality and efficiency of pollutant discharge permits,enriching the application scenarios of pollutant discharge permits,and strengthening the construction of talent teams,hoping to provide a strong reference for the implementation of local pollutant discharge permits.
