试论机动车污染防治政策与管理方法

Discussion on policies and management methods for control and prevention of motor vehicle pollution

随着我国国民经济水平的日益提升,我国的人均持车辆也在不断增加,这不仅加大了城市地区的地面交通压力,同时,汽车尾气的排放也成了环境污染的主要气体来源。本文主要是分析了我国机动车污染防治监管中存在的主要问题,并且就机动车污染防治监管的有效对策进行了探讨,希望能够为有效防治机动车污染提供参考意见。

With the development of our national economy,the per capita ownership of vehicles has been continuously increasing,which not only intensifies the traffic pressure in urban areas but also makes vehicle exhaust emissions a major source of environmental pollution.This paper mainly analyzes the main problems in the regulation of vehicle pollution control in China and discusses effective measures for the regulation of vehicle pollution control,hoping to provide reference opinions for the effective control and prevention of vehicle pollution.
