Effects of Feather Meal with Different Processing Technologies on Production Performance and Feed Nutrients Metabolism in Broilers

摘要 试验旨在探讨不同工艺加工羽毛粉对肉鸡生产性能和饲料养分代谢的影响。试验将720只商品代肉用公雏随机分为对照组、高温高压水解羽毛粉(HTPF)组和酶解羽毛粉(EF)组,每组6个重复,每个重复40只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,HTPF组在基础日粮配方中使用2%HTPF和1%玉米替代3%豆粕,EF组在基础日粮配方中使用2%EF和1%玉米替代3%豆粕。试验期63 d。结果显示:EF组肉鸡料重比较对照组和HTPF组显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,EF组饲料粗蛋白及各氨基酸(除苏氨酸外)的表观代谢率显著提高(P<0.05),HTPF组饲料粗蛋白及赖氨酸、胱氨酸和总氨基酸的表观代谢率显著提高(P<0.05);EF组血清尿酸浓度较对照组和HTPF组显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,采用2%EF替代饲粮部分豆粕,能提高肉鸡粗蛋白及氨基酸的表观代谢率,降低血清尿酸水平,从而提高饲料转化率,总体效果优于HTPF。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of feather meal with different processing technologies on production performance and feed nutrients metabolism in broilers.A total of 720 male broilers at one day of age were allocated in⁃to the control group,high temperature and high pressure hydrolyzed feather powder(HTPF)group and zymolytic feather meal(EF)group randomly,each group included 6 replicates with 40 birds per replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet.In HTPF group,3%soybean meal was replaced by 2%HTPF and 1%corn in the basal diet.In EF group,3%soybean meal was replaced by 2%EF and 1%corn in the basal diet.The experiment lasted for 63 days.The results showed that feed gain ratio decreased in EF group compared with the control group and HTPF group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group the apparent metabolic rates of crude protein and each amino acid except threonine increased in EF group(P<0.05),the apparent metabolic rates of crude protein,lysine,cystine,threonine and total amino acid increased in HTPF group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and HTPF group,the concentration of serum uric acid in EF group was decreased(P<0.05).The results indicated that partial re⁃placement of soybean meal with EF could significantly increase the apparent metabolic rates of dietary protein and amino acids,reduce serum uric acid level,further improve feed conversion rate of broilers,which was generally better than HTPF.
