摘要
为研究板蓝根、酒黄芩、醋五味子对鸭坦布苏病毒(DTMUV)感染雏鸭血清免疫指标与免疫器官指数的影响,试验将150只7日龄DTMUV抗体阴性雏鸭平均分为5组:空白对照组、DTMUV对照组、板蓝根组、酒黄芩组和醋五味子组;饲养至15日龄时,除空白对照组外,其余各组接种DTMUV,同时三个药物组分别每日口服给药1 g/kg·bw,在接种病毒第3、6、9、12天对各组血清IgA、IgG、IgM、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量及免疫器官指数进行检测。结果显示:DTMUV对照组在感染早期IL-2含量以及中后期IgA、IgM、IL-4含量显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05),接种病毒第3、6、9天IL-6含量均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);3个药物组接种病毒后第3、12天IgA含量,第9天IgM和IL-4含量均显著高于DTMUV对照组(P<0.05),板蓝根组在第3天能促进IgG表达,且显著高于其他组(P<0.05),板蓝根组、酒黄芩组在第9天能显著降低因病毒感染引起的IL-6含量上调(P<0.05);DTMUV对照组脾脏指数在试验期间显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),且第6、9天胸腺指数以及第9、12天法氏囊指数显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05),3个药物组第12天脾脏指数显著小于DTMUV对照组(P<0.05),第12天法氏囊指数显著大于DTMUV对照组(P<0.05),醋五味子组第6、9天胸腺指数显著大于DTMUV对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,板蓝根、酒黄芩、醋五味子可以不同程度地缓解DTMUV感染导致的鸭机体免疫抑制及免疫器官损伤,其中板蓝根及酒黄芩还能发挥抗炎作用,且板蓝根表现出更明显的免疫增强效果及免疫器官修复效果。
In order to investigate the effects of Radix isatidis(RI),wine-processed Scutellaria baicalensis(WSB),vingar-pro⁃essed Schisandra chinensis(VSC)on serum immune indexes and immune organ indices in duckings infected with duck Tambusu virus(DTMUV),1507-day-age DTMUV antibody-negative duckings were divided into 5 groups:The blank control group,DTMUV control group,RI group,WSB group and VSC group.At 15 days of age,all groups were challenged by DTMUV except the blank control group.At the same time,the three drug groups were orally administrated the three drugs with the dosage of 1 g per kilogram ofbodyweightateveryday,respectively.TheserumIgA,IgG,IgM,interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and index of immune organs were detected at 3,6,9 and 12 days after challenge.The results showed that the content of IL-2 in the early stage of infection and IgA,IgM and IL-4 in the middle and late stage of DTMUV control group were significantly lower than that of the blank control group(P<0.05).The IL-6 content in DTMUV control group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group at 3,6 and 9 days after challenge(P<0.05).The contents of IgA at 3 and 12 days after challenge,IgM and IL-4 at 9 days after challenge in three drug groups were significantly higher than those in DTMUV control group(P<0.05),RI group could promote IgG expression at 3 days after challenge,and it was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).RI and WSB groups reduced the overexpression of IL-6 caused by virus infection at 9 days after challenge(P<0.05).The spleen index of DTMUV control group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group during the experiment(P<0.05),and the thymus index at 6 and 9 days after challenge and bursal index at 9 and 12 days after challenge were significantly lower than those of the blank control group(P<0.05).The spleen index of the three drug groups at 12 days after challenge was signif⁃icantly lower than that of DTMUV control group(P<0.05),and the bursal index of RI group at 12 days after challenge was higher than DTMUV control group(P<0.05),the thymus index at 6 and 9 days after challenge of VSC group was higher than that of DT⁃MUV control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,RI,WSB and VSC could relieve immune suppression and immune organ damage in duck caused by DTMUV infection to different degrees,RI and WSB could also play anti-inflammatory effects,RI showed more obvious immune enhancement effect and immune organ repair effect.
