基于XBee和数传电台双模无线通信的重联机车信息同步系统设计

摘要 为了解决重联机车运行时,机车间没有有效的通信手段,各机车的实时信息无法互通,导致实际运行中,可能带来多机操纵不同步的问题,文章提出了一种基于XBee无线通信和数传电台进行双模无线通信的重联机车信息同步系统。系统采用XBee电台和数传电台同时进行数据收发的方案,设计了一套隧道和非隧道路况下机车数据同步机制,实现了重联机车在多隧道的复杂路况情况下的实时数据通信及语音通话,避免了机车未同步操纵带来的安全隐患。 There is no effective communication method in the locomotive workshop with the operation of heavy-duty locomotives.The real-time information of each locomotive cannot communicate with each other.As a result,multi-machine manipulation is not synchronized.Digital radio station conducts dual-mode wireless communication with heavy-duty locomotive information synchronization system.The system uses the XBee Radio and Digital Radio to conduct data receiving and receiving solutions at the same time,and designed a set of locomotive data synchronization mechanisms under the conditions of tunnels and non-tunnels to realize the real-time data communication and voice of heavy locomotives under the condition of complex road conditions of multiple tunnels under the condition of multiple tunnel conditions.Calling,avoiding the hidden dangers brought by the unprepared manipulation of the locomotive.
