基于MEMS的滑坡长期监测仪器研发

摘要 我国滑坡灾害多发,滑坡灾害的实时监测能够对灾害进行有效预警。为了实现野外长期监测,文章设计了一款基于MEMS的滑坡监测仪器,同时设计了一种无源唤醒的低功耗动态调整方案。目前,该仪器已应用于野外灾害点,并获取长期稳定的数据,实现了对滑坡灾害的连续监测。 In China,there are many landslide disasters.The real-time monitoring of landslide disasters can effectively warn of landslide disasters.In order to realize long-term monitoring in the field,a landslide monitoring instrument based on MEMS is designed,and a low-power dynamic adjustment scheme with passive wake-up is designed.At present,the instrument has been applied to field disaster points,and long-term stable data has been obtained to achieve continuous monitoring of landslide disasters.
