摘要
万寿菊的收割是一项劳动密集且繁琐的工序,目前万寿菊收割仍然依赖人工操作,机械化水平极低,导致效率低下和成本高昂。本文针对南疆地区的种植特点设计了梳齿式万寿菊采摘机。该机采用梳齿式收割头,在连续对万寿菊进行刮剪的同时,通过旋转的梳齿和液压伸缩杆解决了花朵进入采摘部件困难的问题,在收割过程中减少了对花朵造成的损害。对关键部件收割头进行了运动学仿真与分析,研究内容为提升万寿菊机械化采摘效率以及同类植物采摘提供参考。
In South Xinjiang,the harvesting of marigolds is a labor-intensive and tedious process.Currently,marigold harvesting still relies on manual labor with low levels of mechanization,resulting in low efficiency and high costs.In this study,we designed a new type of marigold harvester-a comb-toothed harvester-tailored to the planting characteristics of South Xinjiang.This machine has the advantages of simple structure,stable performance and economic practicality while minimizing damage to crops.The comb-toothed harvesting head was adopted to continuously shear marigolds while solving the difficulty of flower entry through rotating combs and hydraulic telescopic rods.The use of cutting tools reduced damage to flowers during harvesting.Kinematic simulation and analysis,strength testing and structural optimization were performed on the key component-the harvesting head.This study not only improves the efficiency of mechanized marigold harvesting but also provides a necessary reference for the harvesting of similar plants.
