一种用于挡风玻璃翻转码垛的机器人

摘要 在乘用车整车厂总装生产线,零部件需要从物流区配送至各目标工位,其中挡风玻璃的配送由AGV完成,事先需要两名作业人员将挡风玻璃从包装箱内取出,经人力逐片翻转码垛在AGV上;该作业重复性高、劳动强度较大,存在利用自动化解决方案的必要性。本文基于该需求,设计了一套基于直角坐标的机器人,经论证分析,表明该装置可以实现挡风玻璃从包装箱内到AGV上的搬运、翻转和码垛等自动化作业。 In the assembly line of the car factory,the parts need to be delivered from the logistics area to each target workstation.The distribution of the windshield is completed by AGV,and two operators need to remove the windshield from the packaging box in advance,and manually flip and stack it piece by piece on AGV;This task is highly repetitive and labor-intensive,it's necessary to use automation to slove this problem.Based on this demand,a set of robot based on Cartesian coordinate system was designed in this essay.After demonstration and analysis,it showed that it can realize automatic operations such as carrying,flipping and stacking of windshield from the packaging box to AGV.
