基于C-D模型对影响新疆农机化促进农民增收的因素分析

Analysis of factors affecting the agricultural mechanization in Xinjiang to promote farmers'income increase based on C-D model

为了探究影响新疆农机化促进农民增收的因素,本文利用新疆2000~2019年的相关统计数据构建特定指标体系,建立改进的C-D生产函数模型测度相关系数并计算新疆农业机械化对农民增收的贡献率。实证结果表明:农业机械化对新疆农民增收的贡献率为24.4%,农业机械总动力每增加1%,新疆农民收入就增加7.456363元。而农业机械总动力、有效灌溉面积对新疆农民增收起到关键作用,农药使用量和粮食农作物产量则对农民增收并不显著。因此,未来可根据新疆实际情况,综合提升农业机械水平、保证粮食安全、提升肥料施用水平降低农药施用量、扩大有效灌溉面积、培育壮大新疆优势特色农业产业集群,推进新疆农机高质量发展带动农民增收。

In order to explore the factors influencing Xinjiang's agricultural mechanization to promote farmers'income,this paper uses the relevant statistical data of Xinjiang from 2000 to 2019 to construct a specific index system,establishes an improved C-D production function model to measure the correlation coefficient,and calculates the contribution rate of Xinjiang's agricultural mechanization to farmers'income increase.The empirical results show that the contribution rate of agricultural mechanization to the increase of farmers'income in Xinjiang is 24.4%,and for every 1%increase in the total power of agricultural machinery,the income of Xinjiang farmers increases by 7.456363 yuan.However,the total power of agricultural machinery and effective irrigation area play a key role in increasing farmers'income in Xinjiang,while pesticide use and grain crop output do not significantly increase farmers'income.Therefore,in the future,according to the actual situation of Xinjiang,comprehensively improve the level of agricultural machinery,ensure food security,improve the level of fertilizer application,reduce the amount of pesticide application,expand the effective irrigation area,cultivate and expand Xinjiang's advantageous and characteristic agricultural industrial clusters,and promote the high-quality development of Xinjiang's agricultural machinery to drive farmers to increase income.
