Problems and Paths of Rural Grassroots Cadres Practicing Online Mass Line

农村基层干部践行网上群众路线对抓党建促乡村振兴、引领全过程人民民主在农村基层发展、应对网络时代农村群众工作新变化、发动农村外出人员参与乡村治理、推动“互联网+党建”在农村基层实施等方面都具有重要意义。当前,农村基层干部在践行网上群众路线方面还存在认知、能力和制度等方面的问题。走好网上群众路线必须要以人民为中心,增强践行网上群众路线的意识;要推进乡村人才振兴,提升践行网上群众路线的能力;要强化党组织领导核心作用,建立健全相关体制机制。

The practice of online mass line by rural grassroots cadres is of great significance in promoting rural revitalization through Party building,leading the development of people’s democracy in rural grassroots,coping with new changes in rural mass work in the Internet era,mobilizing rural outsiders to participate in rural governance,and promoting the implementation of“Internet+Party building”in rural grassroots.At present,rural grassroots cadres still have problems in cognition,ability and system in practicing the online mass line.In order to take a good online mass line,we must take the people as the center and enhance the awareness of practicing the online mass line;we must promote the revitalization of rural talents and enhance the ability of practicing the online mass line;we must strengthen the leading role of party organizations and establish a sound institutional mechanism.
