基于AHP-TOPSIS的高台县水资源综合效益评价

The Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Water Resources in Gaotai County Based on AHP-TOPSIS

水资源综合效益评价涉及经济、社会和生态等多个方面,对提高水资源利用效率、经济社会高质量发展具有重要指导意义。本文采用层次分析法和TOPSIS法为基础模型,建立了经济、社会、生态效益三大目标为准则层,11个指标的综合评价指标体系,评价了高台县2015~2020年水资源综合效益。结果表明:高台县水资源综合效益整体呈上升趋势,2018~2019年的综合效益增长最大;其中经济效益的增长是高台县水资源综合效益增长的主要因素。

The comprehensive benefit evaluation of water resources involves the economy,society,ecology and many other aspects,which have crucial guide significance for enhancing the utilizable efficiency of water resources and the high-quality development of the economy and society.This paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS method as the basic model establishes three economic,social,and ecological benefits objectives as the criterion layer and the comprehensive evaluation index system of 11 indicators,and evaluates the total benefits of water resources in Gaotai County from 2015 to 2020.The results indicate that the overall synthetic use of water resources in Gaotai County displays an upward trend,with the most significant increase of the comprehensive service in 2018~2019;Among them,the growth of the economic benefits is the central factor of the rise of the total benefits of water resources in Gaotai County.
