一种环保型智能化果园作业机的液压系统设计

摘要 果园作业机自动化操作能有效提高果园现代化水平。通过介绍升降平台液压系统、平稳爬坡液压系统、安全转向液压系统等几种果园作业机液压系统,阐述了果园作业机的发展趋势,以期有效解决果园作业机平台自由升降、整体平稳爬坡、机具安全转向等现实问题,为作业机适应山地特殊地况正常运行提供了技术保障。 The automated operation of orchard machinery operating machines can effectively improve the modern level of orchards,by introducing the several hydraulic systems of orchard operating machines such as lifting platform hydraulic system,steady climbing hydraulic system,safe steering hydraulic system and so on,this paper elaborates on the development trend of orchard operating machines,with the aim of effectively solving the practical problems of free lifting,overall smooth climbing and safe steering of orchard operation machine platform,and providing a technical guarantee for the normal operation of the machine to adapt to the special mountainous conditions of mountain land.
