Construction of A Practical Training Effect Evaluation Indicator System for PICC Nurse Specialists

目的构建PICC专科护士实训效果评价指标体系,为PICC专科护士实训后效果评价提供客观、有效的评价依据。方法以柯氏模型为理论框架,通过文献检索、小组讨论拟定PICC专科护士实训效果评价指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲法对22名专家进行两轮函询,并运用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果两轮专家函询的问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.95和0.93,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.260和0.238(P<0.01)。最终形成包括4个一级指标、16个二级指标和73个三级指标的PICC专科护士实训效果评价指标体系。结论本研究形成的PICC专科护士实训效果评价指标体系客观科学,具有可操作性,能够对PICC专科护士的规范化培训提供有效、合理的评价。

Objective To construct a practical training effect evaluation indicator system for PICC nurse specialists,providing an objective and effective evaluation basis for the evaluation of practical training effect of these nurse specialists.Methods Based on the Kirkpatrick Model,the first draft of the practical training effect evaluation indicator system for PICC nurse specialists was drawn up through literature retrieval and group discussion,then 2 rounds of consultation were made to 22 experts by Delphi method,and the weight of each indicator was determined through analytic hierarchy process.Results After 2 rounds of expert consultation,with a questionnaire recovery rate of 100%,the authoritative coefficient was 0.95 and 0.93 respectively,and Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.260 and 0.238 respectively(P<0.01).A practical training effect evaluation indicator system for PICC nurse specialists was finally formed to consist of 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 73 third-level indicators.Conclusion The practical training effect evaluation indicator system for PICC nurse specialists formed in this study is objective,scientific and operable,and can evaluate the standardized training of PICC nurse specialists in an effective and reasonable way.
