摘要
石灰回转窑生产线具有产量大、产品质量均匀、活性度高、原料资源利用率高等优势,但与竖窑相比,生产热耗偏高。因此,在保持其诸多优点的同时进一步降低热耗是回转窑工艺及装备优化改进的重要方向。本文介绍了通过竖式预热器、回转窑、竖式冷却器煅烧工艺及结构的优化,以降低回转窑煅烧系统热耗的方法。
The lime rotary kiln production line has the advantages of large output,uniform product quality,high activity and high utilization rate of raw materials.However,compared with shaft kiln,the production heat consumption is on the high side.Therefore,while maintaining its many advantages,further reducing the heat consumption is an important direction in optimization and improvement of rotary kiln lime technology and equipment.This article introduces the method of heat consumption of lime calcination system in rotary kiln by optimizing the calcination technology and structure of vertical preheater,rotary kiln and vertical cooler.
