摘要 职业教育是实现精准脱贫、摆脱代际贫困的有效方式。“1+1+9+N”模式是从教育扶贫到教育脱贫过程中一种实践型模式,该模式基于的理念为:全方位系统性帮扶,变“输血”为“造血”和价值共创、共同发展。框架具体内容为:“双管齐下”式扶贫,“双位一体”的扶贫主、客体和主动作为、辐射式带动,该模式成为了职业深度扶贫新模式的一个实践参照。 Vocational education is an effective way to achieve precise poverty alleviation and intergenerational poverty.The"1+1+9+N"model is a practical model in the process from education poverty alleviation to education poverty alleviation.This model is based on the concepts of:comprehensive and systematic assistance,changing"blood transfusion"to"blood production",and co-creation of value and common development.The specific framework and content of the paper are:"two-pronged approach"poverty alleviation,"two-in-one"poverty alleviation subject,object,and active action,driving by radiation.This model has become a practical reference for a new model of professional in-depth poverty alleviation.
