摘要
我国公立学校存在教育资源配置不均衡、教师管理制度缺乏活力和教育模式多样性不足等问题。深入分析美国、英国、马来西亚三国“公校民营”治理模式及经验,从吸纳社会资源、增加管理制度灵活性和办学自主权方面深入探究其对我国教育的启示,助力我国公立学校教学质量的全面提升。
Public schools in China have such problems as unbalanced allocation of educational resources,lack of vitality in the teacher management system,insufficient diversity of education models,etc.This paper tries to make an in-depth analysis of the"public school private management"model practiced in the United States,the United Kingdom,and Malaysia.The model will enlighten China's education sectors from the aspects of absorbing social resources,adopting flexible management systems and increasing school autonomy,which helps public schools in China to improve the teaching quality in an all-round way.
