摘要
“法律文书写作”是职业本科法律专业学生的必修课,但教学实践中存在很多问题,这些问题与学生掌握知识的能力、教师的教学方法有关,需要教师对学生进行引导,通过课堂与课后的写作练习,不断夯实法学理论基础。教师运用案例教学法、对比教学法,结合课堂练习评讲,可以提高学生法律文书写作的能力。
Legal document writing is a compulsory course for vocational undergraduate law students,but there are many problems in teaching practice.The problems are related to students'ability to master knowledge and teachers'teaching methods.Teachers need to guide students to practice writing in and after class constantly,for the purpose of consolidating the theoretical foundation of law.Teachers can encourage students to improve ability of legal documents writing by using case study and comparative teaching,combined with classroom practice and commentary.
