摘要
将国内十所应用型高校中三十名有产教融合经历的教师作为访谈对象,运用扎根理论方法分析教师参与产教融合的影响因素,并由此探寻其产教融合动机的形成以及转化为行为的条件。研究发现,当前教师参与产教融主要受激励驱动、个体条件成本以及社会参照等方面影响,这几方面构成了产教融合动机的基础性内驱、内部情境条件和外部情境条件,是影响产教融合动机向行为转化的重要因素。
By grounded theory,thirty teachers who had industry-education integration experiences were selected as interviewees to explore the factors that stimulate them to participate in industry-education integration.The results show that teacher's motivation for industry-education integration are mainly drived by basic incentive,individual cost as well as social references.Futhermore,these factors also constitute as major premise that finally transform motivation into behavior.
