摘要 一般汽车精密注射模具在数控加工中会遇到各种难题,尤其突出的是模具本身加工精度的控制,现在大部分精密且复杂的汽车模具基本上都是用数控机床进行加工,模具加工精度非常的重要,无论是对模具自身的产品质量和后期的装配环节都有很大影响。那么在实际的机密模具生产与加工时,使用合理的加工策略,选用恰当的生产工艺,控制数控加工的各个重要环节,能够明显而高效的提升模具制造精度,在保证注射模具满足设计性能的基础上,提升制件的精度,并延长其使用寿命。 Automotive precision injection molds will encounter various problems in CNC processing usually,especially the control of the machining accuracy of the molds themselves.Now,the most of precise and complex automotive molds are basically processed by CNC machine tools.The machining accuracy of the molds is very important,which has a great impact on the product quality and the assembly link in the later period.Therefore,in the actual production and processing of confidential molds,the use of reasonable processing strategy,the selection of appropriate production technology and control of each important link of CNC machining can obviously and efficiently improve the accuracy of mold manufacturing,which can improve the precision of the parts and extend its service life on the basis of ensuring the injection mold meets the design performance.
