破坏性测量系统能力分析在橡胶材料摩擦系数测试中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 橡胶是高分子材料中具有高弹性的材料,作为轮胎的重要原材料,其应用场合决定了橡胶材料必须具有良好的摩擦性能,尤其是抗湿滑性能和行驶中的滚动阻力,这些都对轮胎的质量有根本性影响。橡胶材料的摩擦特性是轮胎滚动的基础,但是摩擦性能测试是一个很复杂的问题,受橡胶复合材料组分、界面、载荷、温度、滑动速度等多种因素共同影响。此外,摩擦性能测试本身属于破坏性试验,除仿真方法外,难以通过标准样品周期性重复测试的方法进行测量系统稳定性评测。因此,科学地开展测量系统能力分析在复合橡胶材料摩擦性能测试过程中的作用得以突显。通过使用minitab软件分析量具测量能力Cg,并在此基础上开展测量系统能力分析,根据各指标水平找出导致测量系统能力低下的原因,针对性开展测量系统的改进,提升测量结果的准确性,为橡胶材摩擦性能的改进方向提供良好的依据。 Rubber is a high elastic material in polymer materials.As an important raw material for tires,its application determines that it must have good friction properties,especially anti-skid performance and rolling resistance in driving,which have a fundamental impact on the quality of tires.The friction characteristics of rubber material are the basis of tire rolling,but the friction performance test is a very complex problem,which affected by the composition of rubber composite material,interface,load,temperature,sliding speed and other factors.In addition,the tribological performance test itself is a destructive test.Besides the simulation method,it is difficult to evaluate the stability of the measurement system through the periodic and repeated testing of standard samples.Therefore,scientific capability analysis of measuring system plays an important role in the testing of friction properties of composite rubber materials.The minitab software was used to analyze the measuring capability Cg,and the measuring system capability analysis was carried out to find out the reasons leading to the low measuring system capability on this basis.The improvement of measuring system can improve the accuracy of measuring results and provide a good basis for the improvement of rubber friction performance.
