浅谈轮胎行业的安全风险点及应对措施

近年来,树牢安全发展理念,坚持人民至上、生命至上,遏制重特大事故安全生产事故发生成为了安全生产工作的主流思想,从根本上消除事故隐患、从根本上解决问题,契合现阶段安全管理要求,笔者依据多年的安全管理经验,辨识了轮胎行业存在的常规风险点和危险源,结合法律法规及标准化体系要求,提出了相应的应对措施,以达到“防风险、除隐患”的根本目的。

In recent years,people and life first and curb the occurrence of major production accident has become the mainstream idea of safety work to firmly adhere.Fundamentally eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents and solving the problems are meeting the requirements of safety management at this stage.Based on years of safety management experience,the conventional risk points and hazard sources in the tire industry are identified,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in combination with the requirements of laws and regulations and standardization system,so as to achieve the fundamental purpose of"preventing risks and removing hidden dangers".
