废旧轮胎在公路建设中的应用与发展

摘要 我国基础设施公路的建设给废旧轮胎的处理带来了巨大的机遇,为实现经济和社会的和谐发展。本文分析废旧轮胎产生的形成与危机,探究废旧轮胎处理面临的困境有:废旧轮胎翻新技术落后、生产胶粉技术能力有限、社会回收废旧轮胎产业链尚未形成、轮胎回收缺少正规渠道、政府对轮胎回收行业缺乏充足资金支持,提出公路建设带来废旧轮胎处理的机遇有:用作地基填埋、提升公路的使用寿命、降低公路的造价成本、减少公路噪音的形成和传播、提升社会效益和促进社会发展,实现公路基础设施建设和废旧轮胎处理的处理共赢。 The construction of infrastructure roads in China has brought great opportunities to the disposal of waste tires.This paper analyzes the formation and crisis of waste tires,and explores the dilemmas faced by waste tire treatment:backward waste tire retreading technology,limited technical ability to produce rubber powder,unformed social recycling chain,lack of formal recycling channels,the lacks sufficient financial support from government.The proposes that the opportunities for waste tire treatment brought about by highway construction are:used as foundation landfill,improving the service life of highways,reducing the cost of highways,reducing the formation and dissemination of highway noise,improve social benefits and promote social development,and achieve win-win results in the construction of highway infrastructure and the disposal of waste tires.
