浅谈橡胶再生自动化流水线的方案设计与施工

摘要 随着科学技术的进步,工业化、自动化生产越来越广泛的应用到各行各业。在提高工作、效率、保证产品性能的稳定性、减轻工人劳动强度、改善工人工作环境、保障安全生产等方面发挥着重要作用。尤其对于废旧轮胎再生行业,生产作业环境相对较差,随着国家对环保的要求越来越高,自动化成为一种必然趋势。因此,国内外众多生产商面临更新换代的需求。自动化流水线的方案设计和施工影响到车间生产的管理、设备的选择、工人的操作等,直接影响到生产商的采购成本及运营成本。它成为生产商选择供应商的重要组成部分。本论文针对橡胶行业自动化流水线,分析车间布局、工艺流程对方案设计的影响;利用Petri网分析生产线系统的可行性;使用solidworks建模优化方案设计与施工;项目管理、施工图对项目施工的影响。最终,实现自动化生产线的效益最大化。 With the progress of science and technology,industrialization and automated production are more and more widely used in life.It plays an important role in improving work efficiency,ensuring the stability of product performance,reducing the labor intensity,improving the working environment,and ensuring safe production.Especially for the waste tire recycling industry,which production environment is relatively poor,with the country's increasingly high requirements for environmental protection,automation has become an inevitable trend.Therefore,many manufacturers at home and abroad are facing the demand for replacement.The program design and construction of automated assembly line affect the management of workshop production,the selection of equipment,the operation of workers,etc.,and directly affect the purchasing costs and operating costs of manufacturers.It becomes an important part of the manufacturer's selection of suppliers.In this paper,the influence of workshop layout and process flow on scheme design,analyzing the feasibility of the production line system with Petri net,using solidworks modeling optimization scheme design and construction,the influence of project management and construction drawing on project construction is analyzed.Ultimately,the benefits of automated production lines are maximized.
