不同吸附剂产品对黄曲霉毒素B1及赤霉烯酮吸附效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在评价6种真菌毒素吸附剂对黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)和赤霉烯酮(ZEN)的吸附效果。选取6种吸附剂产品,其中,硅铝酸盐类3种(样品①、④、⑤),蒙脱石类2种(样品②、⑥),酵母细胞壁类1种(样品③),通过体外模拟胃肠道环境,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定AFB1和ZEN的含量并进行分析。结果表明:体外环境下,吸附剂产品硅铝酸盐⑤对AFB1及ZEN的吸附效果显著高于样品硅铝酸盐①、蒙脱石②及酵母细胞壁③(P<0.05),与硅铝酸盐④及蒙脱石⑥吸附效果差异不显著(P>0.05)。在模拟胃肠液消化情况下,6种吸附剂产品对AFB1的吸附效果差异不显著(P>0.05);在胃液条件下,吸附剂产品蒙脱石②及蒙脱石⑥对ZEN的吸附效果显著高于吸附剂产品硅铝酸盐①、④、⑤及酵母细胞壁③(P<0.05),吸附剂产品硅铝酸盐④及⑤对ZEN的吸附效果差异不显著(P>0.05);在肠液条件下,吸附剂产品硅铝酸盐①及蒙脱石⑥对ZEN的吸附效果显著高于样品蒙脱石②、酵母细胞壁③及硅铝酸盐④(P<0.05),吸附剂产品酵母细胞壁③及硅铝酸盐④对ZEN的吸附效果不显著(P>0.05)。综上,不同种类的吸附剂对真菌毒素的吸附率差别很大。探讨吸附剂产品的吸附率时应考虑消化液的影响,硅铝酸盐类吸附剂的吸附效果较酵母细胞提取物效果好。 This research was aimed to evaluate the adsorption effect of six products on aflatoxin B1 and zearalenone,including three aluminosilicate sorbents(samples①,④,⑤),montmorillonite(samples②,⑥),and yeast cell wall(③).The contents of aflatoxin B1 and erythralenone were determined by HPLC through the simulated gastrointestinal environment in vitro.The results showed as follows:under in vitro,the adsorption effect of adsorbent⑤on AFB1 was significantly higher than that of samples①,②and③(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference with that of samples④and⑥(P>0.05).The adsorption effect of the adsorbent⑤on ZEN was significantly higher than that of the samples①,②and③(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference with the sample④and⑥(P>0.05).Under the simulated gastrointestinal condition,there was no significant difference in the adsorption effect of the six adsorbents on AFB1(P>0.05).Under gastric fluid conditions,the adsorption effect of②and⑥on ZEN was significantly higher than that of①,③,④and⑤(P<0.05),but the adsorption effect of④and⑤on ZEN was not significantly different(P>0.05).Under intestinal fluid conditions,the adsorption effect of adsorbent①and⑥on ZEN was significantly higher than that of samples②,③and④(P<0.05).The adsorption effect of adsorbents③and④on ZEN was not significant(P>0.05).The absorption effect of different adsorbents on mycotoxins is very different.The adsorption rate of sorbents should be considered the influence of digestive fluid on the adsorption rate of sorbents.The adsorption effect of silica-aluminate sorbents is better than that of yeast cell extracts among six products.
