摘要
通过理论计算和数值模拟相结合的方法,在高温高压条件下对通道式气体电加热装置的对流换热问题进行研究。采用不同气体流速,通过“迪图斯-贝尔特”公式对高温高压气体的传热系数进行计算并与其相同参数的仿真模拟结果进行对比。通道式高温高压气体电加热传热系数采用“迪图斯-贝尔特”公式计算会存在较大误差,明显低于实际运行数据,也低于仿真模拟计算结果。
The convective heat transfer problem of channel gas electric heating device is studied under the condition of high temperature and high pressure by combining theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.Using different gas flow rates,the heat transfer coefficient of the high temperature and high pressure gas is calculated by the'Dittus-Boelter'formula and compared with the simulation results of the same parameters.The heat transfer coefficient of channel-type high-temperature and high-pressure gas electric heating is calculated using the'Dittus-Boelter'formula,which is significantly lower than the actual operating data and lower than the simulation calculation results.
