摘要
应急信息服务的可及性评价可以为高校图书馆改善应急信息服务提供依据。在已有研究的基础上,基于可及性4A模型提出高校图书馆应急信息服务可及性评价指标,并根据专家打分和层次分析法确立指标权重,构建高校图书馆应急信息服务可及性评价体系,选取武汉市部分高校图书馆作为评价对象,通过问卷调研,采用模糊综合评价对高校图书馆应急信息服务可及性水平进行实证调研与分析。所构建评价体系适用于高校图书馆应急信息服务的可及性水平评价,具有一定实践价值。
The accessibility evaluation of emergency information service can provide the basis for university libraries to improve emergency information service.On the basis of previous studies,this paper proposes the accessi⁃bility evaluation index of university library emergency information service based on accessibility 4A model,establishes the index weight according to expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process,constructs the ac⁃cessibility evaluation system of university library emergency information service,selects some university li⁃braries in Wuhan as the evaluation object,and conducts questionnaire survey,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to investigate and analyze the accessibility level of university library emergency information ser⁃vice.The evaluation system is suitable for the evaluation of the accessibility level of emergency information service in university libraries and has certain practical value.
