传统村落历史文化遗产结合活力空间的研究--以浙江台州仙居县埠头村为例

The Combination of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Traditional Villages with Vitality Space:A Case Study of Butou Village,Xianju County,Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province

历史文化遗产是传统村落保护的重要对象和旅游开发利用的主要资源,曾处于活跃的生产生活空间。在乡村现代化建设及生产生活方式改变的作用下,传统村落的遗产及场所活力受到影响。针对传统村落内遗产保护利用如何平衡的难题,以国家级传统村落浙江台州仙居县埠头村为例,从空间活力视角,找寻该村遗产场所和活力空间的交集,并分析交集内外遗产的保护利用方式。结果表明,活力较高的遗产场所,具有旧物新用多功能、兼顾村民游客且以村民为主的特点。而活力较低的遗产场所,存在旧物闲置或游客导向的特点。研究发现遗产场所的活力还取决于场所与聚居点的空间关系;环境要素型遗产因其场所的公共性较之历史建筑保护利用更能产生活力,为传统村落居民点的规划建设、旅游开发趋势下的多元化发展提供依据。

Historical and cultural heritage is the important object of traditional village protection and the main resource of tourism development and utilization.It used to be an active production and living space.Under the influence of rural modernization and the change of production and life style,the heritage and place vitality of traditional villages have been affected.Aiming at the problem of how to balance the protection and utilization of heritage in traditional villages,taking Butou Village,Xianju County,Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province,as an example,the intersection of heritage places and vitality space in this village is found from the perspective of spatial vitality,and the protection and utilization methods of heritage inside and outside the intersection are analyzed.The results show that the heritage sites with high vitality have the characteristics of multifunctional use of old objects and new use,taking into account villagers and tourists,and being dominated by villagers.However,the heritage sites with low vitality are characterized by idle old objects or tourist orientation.It is found that the vitality of heritage sites depends on the spatial relationship between sites and settlements.Due to the public nature of its sites,environmental element heritage can generate more vitality than the protection and utilization of historical buildings,which provides a basis for the planning and construction of traditional village settlements and diversified development under the trend of tourism development.
