On the Characteristics and Development of Architectural Engineering Technology

随着城镇化建设步伐的加快,城市用地越来越紧张,建筑数量日益增加。由于人们的生活品质越来越高,对建筑的需求也越来越高,传统的施工工艺已不能适应时代的需要,其不仅会影响工程的质量,还会影响到企业的经济利益。基于此,文章对建筑技术特征进行了论述,分析了建筑工程施工技术存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。

With the acceleration of urbanization construction,urban land is becoming increasingly scarce and the number of buildings is increasing.Due to the increasing quality of life and demand for buildings,traditional construction techniques cannot meet the needs of the times.This not only affects the quality of the project,but also affects the economic interests of enterprises.Based on this,the article discusses the characteristics of building technology,analyzes the problems existing in construction technology,and proposes corresponding solutions.
