建筑工程的总造价直接影响到项目的整体造价,对工程造价进行动态的管理和控制可以有效地降低建筑工程的投资,提高企业的经济效益。当前施工单位对施工造价的控制仍有很多不足之处,大部分施工单位缺乏实践经验和有效的施工管理制度。基于此,文章从现代建筑施工企业的造价管理状况出发,分析了建筑工程造价动态管理与控制的方法。
