As an important component of engineering construction,the cost of civil engineering not only brings economic benefits to the enterprise,but also the overall rational allocation of construction resources.Therefore,strengthening onsite construction management and promoting the smooth progress of civil engineering cost work by enterprises is an important means to ensure that construction units and enterprises implement their goals.However,in reality,there are still significant issues between construction projects and civil engineering costs.Based on this,the article discusses the relationship between on-site construction management of construction projects and civil engineering costs,and proposes construction management suggestions based on the optimization of civil engineering costs.
