随着社会经济水平的不断提升,城市化建设规模扩大,建筑行业得到了进一步的发展,同时也面临着诸多挑战。其中防水防渗是需要特别注意的问题,其仍存在着各种问题,会对人们的生活质量产生直接影响,需要相关部门加大对其的研究,对重点部位进行有效的防水防渗处理。基于此,文章阐述了对建筑物进行防水防渗处理的必要性,分析了建筑施工中渗漏问题的诱发因素以及渗漏频发部位的技术应用。

With the continuous improvement of socio-economic level and the expansion of urbanization construction scale,the construction industry has further developed,but also faces many challenges.Waterproofing and anti-seepage are issues that require special attention,and there are still various problems that can directly affect people's quality of life.Relevant departments need to increase their research and carry out effective waterproof and anti-seepage treatment for key areas.Based on this,the article elaborates on the necessity of waterproofing and anti-seepage treatment for buildings,analyzes the inducing factors of leakage problems in building construction,and the technical application of frequently occurring areas of leakage.
