摘要
为了提升公司管理的工作效率,建设一个公司办公自动化系统是十分必要的。本文提出了一个公司办公自动化系统的设计方案,对系统的可行性和流程进行了整体分析,对系统的数据库和结构进行了设计,对系统中管理员和用户功能模块等进行实现,对系统测试进行分析。实践的结果表明,采用该方案建设的办公自动化系统基本实现了整个公司办公过程自动化,提高了办公效率。
In order to improve the efficiency of company management,it is necessary to build a company office automation system.This paper puts forward a design scheme of the company's office automation system,analyzes the feasibility and process of the system as a whole,designs the database and structure of the system,implements the functional modules of administrators and users in the system,and tests and analyzes the system.The practical results show that the office automation system built by this scheme basically realizes the automation of the entire company's office process and improves office efficiency.
