创新生态系统健康度与产业结构升级的关系 被引量:1

Relationship Between the Health Degree of Innovation Ecosystem and the Upgrading of Industrial Structure

摘要 为厘清创新生态系统健康度与技术突破、产业结构升级之间作用机制,结合生命周期理论,将创新生态系统健康度、技术突破与产业结构升级纳入同一框架,通过构建固定效应与门槛效应模型,基于2009—2020年我国30个省份的相关数据,从成长力、抵抗力、恢复力、环境适宜4个维度测度各区域的创新生态系统健康度及其影响效应。研究发现:区域创新生态系统健康度存在地理上非均衡性,呈现环渤海经济圈、长三角经济圈、珠三角经济圈三足鼎立的局面,健康度大小整体上呈现出由东到西递减的态势;基于健康度的发展趋势,可将不同省份的发展模式分为稳定型、波动型、提升型和下降型,其中北京的健康度在2009、2015和2020年均排名第一;健康度对技术突破与产业结构升级均有促进作用;健康度正向调节技术突破促进产业结构升级,技术突破正向调节健康度促进产业结构升级,且调节效应均边际递增。根据研究结论,提出要通过完善知识产权保护相关法律法规、加强创新主体协作等举措提升区域创新生态系统健康度。 In order to clarify the mechanism between the health degree of innovation ecosystem,technological breakthrough and industrial structure upgrading,the health degree of innovation ecosystem,technological breakthrough and industrial structure upgrading are integrated into the same framework by combining life cycle theory.Based on the data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities in China from 2009 to 2020,the health degree and their impact effects of innovation ecosystems in each region is measured in four dimensions:growth,resistance,resilience and environmental suitability.It finds that the health degree of regional innovation ecosystems is geographically uneven,with the Bohai Economic Circle,Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle and Pearl River Delta Economic Circle forming a triad,and the overall health degree of each province shows a decreasing trend from east to west,and among them,the health degree of Beijing ranks first in 2009,2015 and 2020;health degree promotes both technological breakthroughs and industrial structural upgrading;and health degree positively regulates technological breakthroughs to promote industrial structural upgrading,while technological breakthroughs positively regulates health degree to promote industrial structural upgrading,and the regulating effects are both marginal.Based on the above findings,it proposes that the health degree of regional innovation ecosystem should be improved by improving the laws and regulations related to intellectual property protection and strengthening the collaboration of innovation agents.
