Effect of acupuncture treatment on lumbar disc herniation

目的观察针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果,为LDH临床治疗提供参考方案。方法按随机数字表法将2020年7月—2021年12月天津市河西区东海街社区卫生服务中心收治的80例LDH患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。给予对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用针刺治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,疼痛评分、活动能力、日常工作能力以及腰椎改善情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05)。观察组活动能力评分为(6.55±1.53)分,生活工作能力评分为(8.26±1.47)分,高于对照组的(4.21±1.05)和(5.09±1.33)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分为(3.29±0.21)分,低于对照组的(4.59±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组MJOA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组MJOA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在LDH治疗中,祖国医学中针刺不良反应少,安全性高,在减轻患者疼痛的同时,可有效改善患者的腰椎功能。同时,针刺还能够使机体产生应激反应,减弱对腰部神经根的刺激,在减轻疼痛的同时,起到祛瘀通滞的效果,在提高生活质量的同时,加快疾病的恢复速度。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation(LDH),in order to provide reference plan for the clinical treatment of LDH.Methods According to the method of random number table,80 patients with LDH collected from July 2020 to December 2021 in Tianjin Hexi District Donghai Street Community Health Service Center were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.Routine treatment was given to the observation group,and acupuncture was added to the observation group on this basis.The clinical efficacy,pain score,activity ability,daily work ability and lumbar improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 85.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.914,P 0.05).The score of activity ability was(6.55±1.53)points and the score of life and work ability was(8.26±1.47)points in the observation group,which were higher than the control group with(4.21±1.05)and(5.09±1.33)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was(3.29±0.21)points,which was lower than the control group with(4.59±0.32)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the MJOA scores between the two groups(P0.05);after treatment,the MJOA scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine had few adverse reactions and high safety.It could effectively improve the lumbar function of patients while alleviating pain.At the same time,acupuncture could also make the body produce stress response,weaken the stimulation of the lumbar nerve root,relieve pain,remove blood stasis and remove stagnation,improve the quality of life,and accelerate the recovery of disease.
