复方苦参注射液联合化疗对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能及生化指标和生活质量的影响

Effects of compound Matrine injection combined with chemotherapy on immune function,biochemical indexes and quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal malignancies

目的研究胃肠道恶性肿瘤应用复方苦参注射液辅助治疗对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、S100A4蛋白(S100A4)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平和免疫功能、生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2022年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的92例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分组,各46例。对照组行FOLFOX6方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方苦参注射液辅助,对比两组治疗前后免疫功能、生化指标。结果观察组治疗有效率(84.8%)显著高于对照组(43.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α、MMP-2、S100A4及VEGF水平分别为(238.62±32.64)pg/mL、(59.75±11.03)mg/L、(61.22±20.54)ng/mL、(291.75±26.74)pg/mL,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD8+水平低于对照组,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD3^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项生命质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道恶性肿瘤应用复方苦参注射液辅助治疗,可有效降低血清肿瘤标志物指标的水平,活化免疫功能,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effects of compound matrine injection adjuvant therapy on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),S100A4 protein(S100A4)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels,immune function and quality of life in gastrointestinal malignancies.Methods A total of 92 pa-tients with gastrointestinal malignancies admitted from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and di-vided into 46 patients according to random number table method.The control group received FOLFOX6 chemotherapy,and the observation group was supplemented with compound matrine injection.The immune function and biochemical in-dexes of the two groups were compared before and afer treatment.Results The effective rate of the observation group(84.8%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(43.5%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,MMP-2,S100A4 and VECF in the observation group were(238.62±32.64)pg/mL,(59.75±11.03)mg/L,(61.22±20.54)ng/mL and(291.75±26.74)pg/mL,respec-tively.It was lower than control group(P<0.05).CD8^(+)levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+)and CD3^(+)levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies with compound matrine injection can effectively reduce the level of serum tumor markers,activate immune function and improve clinical symptoms.
