胸腔镜肺癌根治术与楔形切除术治疗肺癌疗效比较

Comparison of thoracoscopic radical resection and wedge resection in the treatment of lung cancer

目的观察胸腔镜辅助小切口肺癌根治术与肺楔形切除术应用于肺癌治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的肺癌患者88例,按手术方法不同,将接受胸腔镜肺楔形切除术的44例作为实验组,将接受胸腔镜小切口肺癌根治术的44例作为参照组,比较两种手术治疗方案的效果。结果相较于参照组,实验组患者围手术期相关指标均处于较优水平,差异具有显著性表现(P<0.05)。两组患者接受手术治疗前,肺功能、应激反应、疼痛指标均未表现出差异性(P>0.05);接受手术治疗后,两组患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼吸量(FEV_(1))、呼气流量峰值(PEF)指标均显示出降低现象,但实验组较参照组高,差异具有显著性表现(P<0.05)。两组患者Cor、NE指标显示出升高现象,但实验组较参照组低。两组患者VAS评分显示出降低现象,且实验组较参照组低,差异均具有显著性表现(P<0.05)。相较于参照组,实验组患者治疗效果处在较优水平,差异均具有显著性表现(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下实施肺楔形切除术可获得较好治疗效果,能够降低患者手术后疼痛感与应激反应,改善患者肺功能。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of thoracoscopic small-incision radical resection of lung cancer and wedge resection of lung cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of 88 patients with lung cancer selected from February 2022 to February 2023.The patients were divided into two treatment groups based on differentiated surgical programs,namely the experimental group(n=44,thoracoscopic cuneform resection)and the reference group(n=44,thoracoscopic small-incision radical resection of lung cancer).To observe the effect of two surgical treatments.Results Compared with the reference group,the experimental group was in a better level of perioperative related indicators,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before surgical treatment,there were no differences in lung function,stress response and pain indexes in two groups(P>0.05).After surgical treatment,the indexes of FVC,FEV_(1) and PEF in two groups showed a decreased phenomenon,but the experimental group was higher than the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Cor and NE indexes of the two groups showed elevated phenomenon,but the experimental group was lower than the reference group.VAS scores of the two groups showed a decreased phenomenon,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the treatment effect of the experimental group was at a better level,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Thora-coscopic cuneiform lung resection can achieve better therapeutic effect,which can reduce postoperative pain and stress re-sponse and improve lung function.
