摘要
目的 基于柯氏模型,对南京医科大学第一附属医院住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的医学模拟师资培训效果进行评价,为住培基地提高师资带教能力、提升培训内涵质量提供参考。方法 从柯式模型的反应层、学习层、行为层、成果层4个层面评价住培医学模拟师资培训课程的效果。结果 本次模拟师资培训的实践课程总体满意分值显著高于理论课程,知识掌握程度从培训前的51.79%提升到培训后的83.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),参培医师参与课程建设的积极性更高,并形成了一批优秀的模拟课程案例,部分课程试运行初显成效。结论 该院住培医学模拟师资培训取得了较好成效,提升了教师综合教学能力,促进了师资队伍建设;通过继续巩固培训成果,可以推进住培医学模拟课程体系建设。
Objective Based on the Kirkpatrick's model, evaluate the effect of medical simulation teachers training of the standardized residency training in the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University, in order to provide reference for improving the teaching ability and training inherent quality of the standardized training base for residents. Methods This study evaluated the effect of medical simulation teachers training courses for the residents from four levels of Kirkpatrick's model: reaction level, learning level, behavior level and result level. Results In this teachers simulation training, the overall satisfaction score of the practical courses was significantly higher than that of the theoretical courses, and the degree of knowledge mastery increased from 51.79% to 83.37% after the training(P 0.01). The teachers in this training were more enthusiastic in participating in the course construction, and a batch of excellent simulation course cases were formed. The trial operation of some courses showed initial results.Conclusion The hospital has achieved good results in the medical simulation teachers training course for residents,which has improved the comprehensive teaching ability and promoted the construction of teaching staff. By consolidating the training achievements, the construction of the medical simulation course system for residents can be promoted.
