基于AHP分析法对超声医学科住院医师人文素质教育的调查与探索

摘要 目的调查超声医学科住院医师人文素质教育现状,为人文素质教育改革提供理论依据和可行性方案。方法通过问卷星对广东省人民医院和哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院超声医学科53名住院医师和部分已结业医师进行调查。应用SPSS AU软件进行层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)构建人文关怀、专业能力、教学能力、终身学习能力、沟通合作能力5阶判断矩阵,再应用SPSS 20.0软件分析住院医师人文关怀能力自评情况。结果(1)人文关怀能力自评量表总Cronbachα系数为0.984,住院医师自评总平均得分为46.6分(满分50分),其中“富有同情心”自评分最高,“安抚病人愤怒和误解的情绪”自评分最低,男性住院医师人文关怀能力自评分高于女性住院医师自评分(P<0.05);(2)AHP分析:住院医师专业技能指标权重值最高0.280,人文关怀指标的权重值最低0.164。25名住院医师(47.17%)选择将专业技能放在第一位,而无住院医师将人文关怀放在第一位;5阶判断矩阵得到一致性比率(CR)为0.000,通过一致性检验。结论该研究构建的人文关怀评价方法科学实用,可作为超声医学科住院医师人文关怀能力的科学评价工具,对提升超声医学科专业基地人文素质教育水平有着重要意义。 Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of humanistic quality education in ultrasonic standardized residency training students,and to provide theoretical basis and feasible scheme for the reform of humanistic quality education.Methods Fifty-three ultrasonic residents from Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected.The analytic hierarchical process(AHP)analysis method was used to construct the 5-order judgment matrix and SPSS 20.0was used to analyse self-evaluation questionnaire on residents'humanistic care ability.Results Total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of humanistic care self rating scale was 0.984,and the average self-evaluation score of students was 46.6.The self-evaluation score of the"compassionate"was the highest,while the"soothing patients'anger and misunderstanding"was the lowest.The self-evaluation score of male residents was higher than that of female(P<0.05).The comprehensive score of professional skills was 0.280,ranking first.And the comprehensive score of humanistic care was 0.164,ranking last.Twenty-five residents(47.17%)put professional skills first,while no residents put humanistic care first.The consistency ratio obtained from the 5th order judgment matrix was 0.000 based on AHP analysis.Conclusion Humanistic quality education in ultrasonic residents should be attached great importance and strengthened.
