摘要
在机械领域,滚珠丝杆副是一种高精度的驱动部件,它需要适应高精度、高刚性的数控加工设备,必须选择60°的角接触球轴承,凭借60°角接触球轴承具有的摩擦力矩小、轴向刚度高以及运转精度高等优点,来支撑滚珠丝杆的固定端。通过对各种组配形式的分析,得出了在轴向和径向荷载的叠加下所产生的外力的影响,此外还运用相关公式计算了角接触球轴承的使用寿命以及设备的选型。
In the field of machinery,the ball screw sub is a high-precision driving component which needs to adapt to high-precision and high-rigidity CNC machining equipment.60o angular contact ball bearings must be selected to support the fixed end of the ball screw by virtue of the advantages of low frictional torque,high axial rigidity and high running accuracy that 60oangular contact ball bearings have.Through the analysis of the various grouping forms,the influence of the external forces generated by the superposition of axial and radial loads is derived,and in addition the service life of the angular contact ball bearings and the selection of the equipment is calculated using the relevant formulae.
